Party at the Minneapolis Model Home
Thursday, October 5th there will be a showcase party at HIVE’s Minneapolis model home to celebrate the completion of the rosenlof/lucas landscape design which is the subject of an upcoming episode of HGTV’s “Landscape Smart”. The party will commence at 3:00 pm and continue until 10:00 pm. Come join us at 2941 Grand St. NE in Minneapolis for design, music, food, and drinks.

The First X-Line Home is Complete
The custom design X-Line 001 built in New Brighton, Minnesota is complete and will be featured as the season finale for DIY network's "Assembly Required". Catch it on DIY as it airs September 20th at 10:30 PM Eastern and than again on September 21st at 2:30 AM Eastern

X-Line 002 Completed
X-Line 002, a guest house addition to a lake cottage in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, is complete. HIVE also helped with the renovation of the existing home. Photos coming soon!
 
Hive home to be featured on Walker Art Center Tour of Pre-Fab homes.
As Part of the Walker's exhibit of pre-fab architecture, The prototype Hive home in Minneapolis will be featured as part of a multi-home tour of both historic and contemporary Pre-fab residences in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. The tour happens February 18th, 2007.
 
Christmas delivery for first Hive Custom Home
Hive delivered and set its first custom home four days before Christmas, 2005 in New Brighton, MN, a suburb of Minneapolis. Loosely based on the C-Line Large, the house is the first of what will become the "X-Line" of experimental, custom homes. The house is 2400 Square feet and six modules in size. And features fourteen foot ceilings in the master bedroom suite.
 
Hive now delivers to 33 states on the eastern seaboard. Working with the largest manufacturer of modular homes in the country, Hive can now deliver homes to 34 states in the eastern U.S. including New York, Michigan, Texas and Florida. This important new association will allow us to offer our low prices, high design and great quality to a much larger area.
 
Hive partners with Nebraska factory to deliver to western states Hive is now associated with a high quality factory in Nebraska that allows us to ship Hive Homes to the western states of Mew Mexico, Nebraska, south Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado and California.
 
Hive to be featured at Minneapolis Spring Home and Garden show.
Hive will have a booth at the gigantic annual home and garden show in Minneapolis from March 1-5. Visitors will be able to speak with Hive partners about our houses as well as see computer animations and models of all of our designs. Material samples and photos will help visitors get a feel for the quality of the finishes in a Hive home. Come see us at the show, we'll give you a free handshake!
 
Hive to attend CA-Boom! Pre-fab Home Show in Santa Monica, California.
The Hive booth will be a feature of the "Pre-fab Zone" at the CA-Boom show from March 23-26 at the Santa Monica Event Center. Along with other significant modern pre-fab manufacturers, Hive has been invited to attend the show and to participate in panel discussions on the current and future state of pre-fab architecture. Come watch all the pre-fabbers try to figure out how to crack the California nut!
 
Hive Homes to be featured in Deasy/Penner Pre-fab Product Showroom in Los Angeles, California
The real estate firm of Deasy/Penner, who are known for specializing in landmark and significant architectural properties are opening a showroom to feature an assortment of modernist pre-fab designs. Hive Homes will be featured in this showroom and Deasy/Penner will offer lot location, construction and zoning assistance for clients.

Hive Homes to star on television
Hive Homes will be shown during the 2007 season on two different T.V. shows. HGTV will feature the protoype B-Line Medium home in a show called "What's With That House?", a program about unique homes the reactions people have to them. The D.I.Y. network show called "Assembly Required" has filmed an entire episode of their program about The design process and construction, from factory to set, of our first 'X-Line" home, a custom design for a Minneapolis couple.
