    The M-Line is a series of multi-family units that maintain the same high quality design and materials as all other Hive homes. Encompassing a broad look at multi-family housing, the M-Line presents modern design solutions to forms as varied as row houses stacked for single level living and live/work storefronts.

    Ideally built as a 2-unit set, M001 is a modified version of the B-line scheme. It is an extremely versatile design which can virtually be placed anywhere from a row house scheme to being set atop commercial space.     Designed as an L-shaped living plan, the M002 is a 3-bedroom unit. This design creates remarkable flow between spaces, allowing each room access to an outdoor deck or patio.
